We moved to a new house and needed our locks rekeyed. I would refer Victory Locks to everyone I know! Tom was terrific from the initial phone call to the finished job. When I called Victory locks, I talked directly to Tom, who was the locksmith to do the job. I really liked talking directly to the locksmith instead of a "middle person". He knew what I was talking about and knew his time schedule. Tom at Victory Locks was very efficient. He was courteous, fast, told me when he would be there and was. He was finished when he said he would be and he explained the process to me as he went along. There are many stressors to moving and rekeying the locks with Tom was not one of them. He offers free additional keys. I would highly recommend Tom and Victory Locks to everyone!

I called Mr. Plumber to get a quote to replace my laundry faucet and install 2 shut off valves. Vlad, the plumber, answered the call and answered all my questions over the phone. He quoted me the price on the phone after understanding the job. His price was fair and that was the price that I paid him upon completion. We made an appointment for next day - he offered to come same day, but it was not urgent for me. He gave me a 1 hr window and arrived when he said he would. I will defintely call him again when needed. Before calling him, I had called 4 other places - 3 had receptionists who could not answer my questions. 2 wanted to charge 60 and 70 dollars to come give me a quote and then if they did the work, that money would be applied to the bill. There was no way they could even give me a ballpark figure they said. One company accidentally hung up and when I called back, she could not answer my questions so the plumber called me back and quoted me $80 more than Mr. Plumber. The final place would send someone out for free, but could not give me even a ballpark figure before coming. I really liked the fact that Vlad, the plumber answered the call and that was the person who came to do the work. His price was fair, he was punctual, courteous and did a great job.
