Michael was recommended by a neighbor. I met him twice before moving forward with the work to replace old water heater and boiler with a combi system. I paid the deposit back in November 2023 and scheduled the work for early December 2023. Michael made a bunch of excuses to delay the work, and now has stopped responding to calls and texts. I know he has good reviews on here, and he does appear to one of the good ones when you talk to him but just be careful. When I stopped by the address listed online for his business, the guy currently living there said Michael moved out a while ago and he has had other people show up looking for him with stories similar to mine. I have filed a fraud case against him with police and waiting to see where that goes. I'm just hoping to get my deposit back at this point. I am not sure if Michael is going through something right now, or has always been this way, but I do hope he gets the help he needs to turn things around.

Air Point Heating and Cooling team installed new heat pump in my home in December 2023. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant to work with. Gregory was punctual, friendly, and took time answering my questions during his initial visit. He also reached out to the manufacturer about a question I had post install - much appreciated. Katerina at the office answered all my questions/emails quickly, kept things organized, and kept me up to date throughout the process. Sveta was also very pleasant to deal with in all my interactions with her. Vadim and his crew (Ali, Sergii, Sasha) were all amazing on the installation day. They showed up on time and spent the entire day working tirelessly to complete the install. I have never seen a crew more dedicated and coordinated. Once they were done, they cleaned up well and left the place spotless. I am very happy with the team at Air Point and have also recommended them to my neighbors who have asked me about heat pumps. One thing they do very well is setting the expectations properly, which in my opinion, is very important skill for anyone undertaking a project in your home.

Ali is a fantastic electrician and a wonderful person. He helped us out on a short notice in December to run wiring for a new heat pump. He was on time, kept the work area clean, and did everything to code. Not only did he do a great job, he kept in touch to make sure heat pump installation went well and system was working as expected. He also stopped by the following week for ESA inspection, and also to add some insulation at a point where the electrical wire and the hot water pipes were close/touching. My wife and I both really appreciated Alis help with this project, and we will definitely hire him for future electrical work. Highly recommend!

Volt Master completed several projects in our house over three weeks in October. This included updating the electrical panel from 100amp to 200amp, installing video doorbell, new potlights, updating the knob and tube wiring throughout, and some work to reinforce flooring in one room. Even though there were a few hidden surprises, AK/Brian/Jen/Michael worked with us to make sure everything was handled properly and per code, and I am very happy with the quality of work they produced. During initial site visit, Brian was patient and took his time to understand our requirements. He answered all questions we had regarding scope of the work. I had several more questions for him in the weeks leading up to the work week, and he was very patient in answering them. Jen at the office was very responsive, and quick to answer all questions/emails sent to her. She even handled one of my requests when she was out of office on vacation. Michael and AK were punctual, focused, and took great care of the house while working. They are really good at what they do, and it shows in their work. They always came prepared, finished work in timely manner, and left the house in good condition. A week or so after work was complete, I provided some feedback to Brian around lack of communication around one of the small last minute additions; he responded positively and listed ways he will make changes to the process they follow at the shop to avoid similar problem in the future. I was very happy to hear that and it shows how seriously he takes his work. My wife and I both feel we made the right decision by hiring Volt Master, and we will be happy to hire them again for future electrical work.
