We have used Tasco 2 times in the past and there were issues, we tried to give them one last try for our large order for a new home. We spent 40K on new appliances for every thing and went with high end such Wolf, Subzero, Miele, etc. Every thing possible thing that could be screwed up, they managed to get 10 out of 10 in that department. Their sales people have no clue about any thing outside of the marketing BS which is not cookie cut for every single home. But the cherry on the cake came when we addressed these issues to them, no one wants to take ownership and its been now over 7+ weeks that we are waiting for a response. hehe yep you guessed it, no one is getting back to us.
