Kyle came out to inspect my roof, not relying as some firms do on drone or satellite photos. He provided lots of details on my choices for the roofing materials, methods of coverage, time required, availability, colours available, and made sure he heard what my priorities were. He returned with samples to confirm my colour choice. That and he's a very friendly guy! Tristan was his site supervisor and also came out prior to install to confirm details, access, and again any requests on timing, alley access. He came by again after installation to confirm my satisfaction. His guys were swift, friendly and did a great job on the cleanup. Tristan was as personable and frank as Kyle. Kyle also arranged a tradesperson to look at a problem window frame I had. I had asked if he knew of anyone he'd suggest I contact and he sent out Alex. Kyle blew my mind by adding the work on the window within the original price! Alex brought his mobile workshop, found the issue and completed a full reframing of the frame in 2 hours. And he too was quite open about what needed to be done. Pricing was great, under other quotes I had thought were already good. I would highly recommend using Kymand, no reservations!
