My experience was not what I expected. Paul came to our house and right from the time we booked to the end of service, was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything. Heatcool has complete respect for our home, ensures we are aware of costs and options. (Very polite too) Paul replaced our furnace for us, serviced the air conditioner, they cleaned up any mess, and charged me $3000 less than other hvac services quoted us! We Highly recommend this company! 10stars!
