Construct pool equipment enclosure; Replace custom moulding on house portico
Replaced existing pool enclosure. Required demolition / disposal of existing enclosure plus temporary mounting of various electrical panels. Constructed new enclosure and remounted panels. Work done quickly and to a high standard. Crew were a pleasure to deal with. Replaced rotted facing moulding on front portico of 100 year old home. ShandyMan needed to source custom supplier for moulding . Encountered significant delay and cost increase when first supplier backed out near project start date. Nevertheless we are pleased with the result.
