The quotes were rather good, the 2nd lowest among those I got. Mohamed was very responsive and nice talking with. However, inadequate calculation was done in placing the panel. As a result, there is now limited space to place any appliance there or nearby. It was probably because, I reckon, they did not want to spend time drilling a new hole for the new panel. Also, I got an invoice dated the wrong year of service. Despite my multiple requests for an updated copy, I have not got any - though it has been nearly a year since the work was done - October 2023.

I'm kindly reminding you that when I came initially for a site visit, it was no gas pipe above the electrical panel, but on a installation day it was a gas pipe directly above the panel so we couldn't move the panel any higher..
Drilling the hole would've taken a minute but as mentioned, it was pointles as gas pipe was blocking the way. Regarding the invoice, I corrected the year and sent it to you 2 times! you must've missed it or ended up in the junk mail. anyway, let me know if you still need the invoice and I have no problem sending it over to you..
