Daneri Build Co. came to rescue when we redesigned our 3rd floor into Master suite! We had hired another company for the full reno to our 100yr old house, but once they had demo'd, they were unable to fix structural issues from prior owners nor deliver a bathroom design to code! Shoddy workers who wanted to charge hourly for smoking and mistakes. DBC came and made quick recos and efficient work to reconfigure an easy, cost efficient structure plan that was to code (Inspector approved!). Bathroom design layout & fixtures properly installed! (Inspector approved!) Right down to the final detailing with windows and trims was all done by DBC with impeccable finish! He even build us custom distressed wood barn door - Beautiful! Whats more, Carlos always showed up when he promised to, was efficient, polite and CLEAN. Not a trace of mess when he was done. We have recommended DBC to ALL our friends & neighbours! And Carlos is our #1 go-to now for ANY house project, big or small...
