First ones to reach out at 11pm the same day, smooth by calls text and HomeStars. In the end they figured out my issue right away on site as my door was working but is a model that locks in a certain way for the balcony, they provided me with some advice on how to use it .

Good communication by chat, flexible and by phone too. Great timing, quote, service and handy man sent on site. Very smooth to get a mechanical adjustable desk mounted.
