We wanted to let you know that we love our new door! We have received many compliments on the door since we installed it. The entire process was great from design to installation. The meetings we had with Alfredo where very educational. From preliminary drawings, to selecting the hardware, glass, and colour. We were able to make minor changes in the drawings without any issues and they were updated immediately for our approval. Their staff left us with a timeline from drawings to production to delivery and installation and they meet all our expectations. There installers did a great job! They were friendly, considerate, and professional and made every effort to ensure the finished product was perfect! They had my old door out within the hour and started installing the new door right away. I had a new door in no time and let me tell you how impressive it is. The door looks so much bigger than my old one and we didn't change the opening size at all. The quality of the door is more than I have seen before, The door feels heavy and solid but the door opens and closes with ease thanks to the beautiful hinges we selected with the sales staff. The finish is amazing it’s really a piece of furniture. and I am so glad we decided to get the external operable iron grills, cleaning the glass is so easy. They add so much to the door. I have recommended Grandeur Doors to everyone I know. Their pricing is competitive and they provide a great service.
