Communication was responsive and quick. Problem arose when the partial work did not pass inspection. Exir fixed the issue and inspector was happy. Lesson's were learned and experience was gained by all parties.

Quick and easy, Came as described finished fast, and turns out my 30 yr old ducts are not that old. Would use again, but maybe i would prep and removed some duct pieces myself next time. But condos are difficult, maybe cause the markup not worth the minimal work.
