Buyer Beware! They installed engineered hardwood in winter but failed to allow for reasonable wood expansion during more humid summer months. Rookie mistake. We now have a huge pitcher mound in the centre of the room that they have promised to fix but its now been more than a year. This happened despite our house having controlled humidity with household air conditioning. And despite their promises to fix it; they stopped communicating six months ago so its unlikely we will see them again.
