D in Laval

After 3 confirmations, they still didn't come prepared or what was agreed on. Three guys showed up with no dolly, wraps, blankets, trolly, bubble wraps. I had to loan them mine. They destroyed so many pieces of furnture it's disheartening. Shaun showed no remorse. Asked for proof (his own guys were standing right there while i was on the phone with Shaun) asked for quotes (which was provided) and he never did anything. Wouldn't return calls. Raquel confirmed he was getting messages. Go elsewhere, or try them and figure this out the hard way. Here are just a few things. Many items...floor lamp, pictures etc... had to go in the garbage. FYI...they even slid wardrobe boxes down stairs.
