If you're thinking about replacing your windows at some point, I HIGHLY would recommend Arctic Vinyl to get the job done for you. My experience with these guys were phenomenal from beginning to end! You can tell how much the staff members care about making sure that their clients are satisfied and happy from booking the window consultation with them, to the window installation process from start to finish. No matter how much time it takes, they'll do their best to go over with you step by step about the installation process, and follow-up with you on any next steps if necessary (which I truly appreciate). I'm really thankful that I received a lot of assistance from Alex, Sabrina and Adam in helping my family and I throughout the process. They're very responsive, professional and an absolute pleasure to communicate with if we had any questions or concerns. And of course, to other members of the team that we met and are thankful for: Kevin and the amazing installers, Riza and IBrahim. Words can't express how much we appreciate the time, effort and care that you've put into installing our new windows. They definitely give our home a fresh new modern look that we absolutely love!
