First experience of doing multiple projects in the house with general contractor went much easier and way more successful than expected. No need for multiple meetings with different trades, coordination and scheduling. UC perfectly managed all tasks, like waterproofing, stone facing, downspouts, chimney, fencing etc. Workmanship and design together created fantastic look. So far no issues have been observed.
