I have found all the staff very friendly and wanting to help in any way. I recently took the computer I bought from them in for a software problem I had created in error. They spent a great amount of time, far beyond what one would expect, to solve my problem to my complete satisfaction. I highly commend Mark in Service and Rob in sales for all their past help. I will certainly be giving them all my future business.
