Sunroom in front of house is our main entry way. The door needs adjusting and cannot be used. I emailed and called June 26, 2023. The woman in Vaugan said she would mark it urgent. A follow up said it would take 3 or 4 weeks. It is now August 9th, over 6 weeks since initial contact, and we have not heard a word from Lumon. We love the sunroom but have to rate the follow up service as poor.
