We had a sewer line blockage and some back-flow into our furnace room. Andrew replied to my messages very quickly and very late at night. He was on site the next day to scope the issue. He and his team started work just 2 days later. They excavated in our basement and outside to replace our old clay pipe and install a "double cleanout". His team completed the work in one day. They were fast and professional. They installed plastic in the basement to reduce dust and dirt. They took photos as they went to show what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. They cleaned everything up afterwards including replanting our bushes that had to be removed. The experience with Andrew and Pryde Group Corp was very positive: I would highly recommend them.
