We woke up on Sunday morning to find our fridge had died. Based on reviews from this site, we called Control Appliance and Joe called back within 5 minutes. He arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired half an hour later. His fee was incredibly reasonable (as we were expecting the "premium" Sunday morning fee) and he was so pleasant to deal with that I will no longer be looking for a repairman. Anytime anything goes wrong, Joe will be our first call. I would highly highly recommend Control Appliance.
