Purchased a new fridge a month ago from the Whitby location. The delivery guys came dropped it off and left. Never went over things with me or gave me a receipt to sign. It was while taking all the wrapping off I noticed two long scratches on the handle of the freezer door and a buckle onthe stainless trim on the inside. At that point I also realized that it wasn't even the model I ordered. The ice maker in the one I was expecting was located inside. This fridge had no ice maker at all ,nor did it have the water dispenser the one I bought was supposed to have. Also the model number was different than on my purchase receipt. I have made numerous calls to the store and customer service. The sales rep came to my house two separate times to take pictures. Still fighting to get things rectified. I'm told someone will call me back. No one does. I will never again give them my business.
