Our AC unit stopped responding to our Google Nest controls. I reached out to Quality on a Saturday and Kevin responded almost immediately. The technician, Case, came by Monday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, found the necessary part, and repaired and cleaned the unit that same afternoon. He explained everything clearly, including how to avoid the problem from recurring. (And he was nice to our dog!) An all-around positive experience with kind and professional people.

We had a built-in cabinet with heavy doors and a mechanism that was not built to last. Dmitry quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the mechanism with a new one that would prevent a recurrence of the problem. We very much appreciated his professional, efficient, and honest approach to his craft.
