I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Cathy's exceptional and thoughtful service. I had my AC failed and explained to Cathy that i have a real challenge with poor air quality having asthma and in-spite of their extremely busy schedule, she went above and beyond to accommodate us in a timely manner. Also a special thanks to Adam the technician for his professionalism and hard work to get us up and running in no time.
