I had been searching for roofers for quite some time without success. "Red flags" and consistent feelings that "something just wasn't right" consistently prevented me from moving forward with my roofing replacement. I thought it through, weighed the pros and cons and connected with Tom, the owner. From the onset of my interactions with Tom, I felt valued and respected. His initial invoice was clear, simple and depicted all relevant components in relation to the work. Tom provided detailed information about his product line up (GAF) with affiliated links and allowed me the time and space to determine whether or not I wanted to continue with the work. There was NO stress and NO pressure what so ever. I agreed to terms and the project was underway. Tom arrived promptly with his team and immediately set to work after brief introductions. Tom and his team ensured the entire work area addressed any safety aspects/concerns and up they went. Tom, the owner, did not hesitate to step up and assist his team. This spoke clearly to me about the relationships he has with his staff; that he himself, can work effectively and efficiently with his team and that he values the importance of team dynamics. In this day and age, it is extremely rare to see an owner of a business working along side his team like Tom did. The team was courteous and respectful. The team cleaned the area so well, it appeared as if no work at all was done. I am so extremely pleased with everything in relation to Mega City! I can truly understand how Mega City has remained at the top of their game for 25 years! I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team!
