We decided to replace all the windows in our approx. 100 year old home. We also decided that wood windows were the best choice to be inkeeping with the character of the home and to provide the much needed improvement in energy efficiency and noise reduction. The Pella architect series was the choice for us. Bryan Currie our sales rep. was knowledgable, helpful and patient as we went through our education and ultimate purchase of the product. And the installation by Richard and Mike was exceptional. It was apparent that great care was taken in making sure that everything was perfect - they were very skilled as well as courteous and neat. Overall, it was a very positive experience - a quality product delivered by a team that clearly takes pride in their work and their company. Well done.

We replaced the main front entrance door and the sliding door to the back yard. After much research it was clear to us that Ridley offered the best combination of quality and value. The front door is a non standard size wood Norwood door. The quality and apprearance are both first rate and the door has already been complimented many times. The backyard sliding door is a Kolbe. The quality and design are great. Our initial contact was our salesman, Mario Marta. He is knowledgable, professional and an all around great guy to deal with. Paul Power, who oversees the installtions was also extremely helpful and organized and the install team did a great job. They made sure we were fully satisfied. We will be using Ridley again.

Our home is approximately 100 years old. Needless to say there have been numerous "improvements" that had been done to the electrical system over the years. We were looking to eventually finish the basement and as we investigated what was down there we found remnants of knob and tube and way too many junction boxes. Clearly far from ideal. Anyway, the Solutions team came in and fixed everything. They were professional, knowledable ( lots of great suggestions ), polite and treated the house as if it was their own.
