Great selection of products, but terrible customer service. We purchased a vanity from TUBS that included a base, counter top and sinks. The vanity required assembly, but when we went to put it together we found the instructions for the assembly of the sinks didn't match with those of the counter top, as a result we weren't able to assemble according to instructions. TUBS attitude was basically 'sorry about your luck'...the salesperson was happy to sell us products that didn't fit together, but weren't willing to do anything to fix it. The only solution they offered was for us to bring in the counter top and they would prepare the counter top for us at an additional charge. When we attempted to contact customer service for help with the problem, they didn't even respond.

We had Sam and his crew replace our roof about 6 months ago. While Sam was very pleasant to deal with and the roof has held up without any leaks so far, the workmanship was very sloppy. The shingles are uneven and don’t lay flat, the edges haven’t been cut in a straight line so the roof line looks uneven. When he replaced the flashing, the new flashing is smaller in size and doesn’t cover the old flashing so you still see the worn old flashing around the edges. In addition, not all the flashing is the same colour. When compared with the neighboring houses our roof just doesn’t have the same neat finished appearance.
