After much due diligence, we interviewed and hired Calgary Bathworks to do a complete renovation of our Master en-suite bathroom; we took it back to the studs! Dick discussed with us each and every significant detail involved to ensure clear communication on the plan, the products, the timelines and the outcome. Dick and Aaron, who are absolutely authentic, took our ideas and visions and delivered back to us even more than we had hoped. They were prompt, thorough, tidy, and extremely professional. When we had questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. Their suggestions and advice were never pushy, and when we made changes mid-stream, they incorporated them with little difficulty. The job was completed on time and on budget. After the job “settled” for a while, we noticed two small issues that needed addressing, and Dick was back on-site, with a smile, to set things right. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dick and Calgary Bathworks for any bathroom or similar renovation you have in mind. We are absolutely 100% behind this team!

Overdue air conditioner service. Technician (Myles) called ahead of appointment to say he would be early. Spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing to me and was very patient with my questions. Made several recommendations for future maintenance. Very polite and professional. Very pleased with the service.

Self diagnosed a burnout stove top element. Terry showed up at the promised time with a new part, telling me that if I had incorrectly diagnosed, he would return the part ... I guessed correctly and he had the new part installed in 20 minutes. Quickly paid by credit card and job done like dinner, fast efficient, and affordable. Spent the next few minutes discussing a proposed kitchen renovation with Terry and he gave us valuable advice on things to consider when purchasing new appliances, much of which we never would have considered, but certainly will now. These guys are good and will be sure to let our friends know who to call in the future.

Third time calling Andy, and third time completely satisfied with response time, service, and price. Had a very stubborn clogged double kitchen sink that I snaked myself, to no avail. Called Manon and was thrilled that Andy could show up same day. He called to keep me up to date on his arrival and showed up as promised. He spent close to two hours on the job and found the clog much further into the system than I could have ever dealt with. Had it fixed in a jiffy, gave us advice for the future, and charged exactly what was quoted. Manon and Andy run a professional operation and I have absolutely no reluctance to recommend them for any plumbing issue. Now part of my speed dial list.

Had a half burnt out stove top triple element. I self diagnosed, but tech (Trent) showed up without the part. He explained to me that if I had diagnosed incorreclty, and they had the wrong part, I will still on the hook for it. Since these guys are a flat rate company, there is no incremental charge for subsequent visits. Tech returned as scheduled two days laetr with the part and had it installed in 15 minutes. Showed me what he was doing, and why, and offered advice if I were to ever to try and do this repair myself. (Take Pictures!). Service was fast, effcient, on time, and cost as as quoted. Have no hesitation in recommending for appliance repairs and service.

Called Terry to install dual water valve I had already purchased myself.. He arrived on time, was courteous, and after inspecting the fridge, told me that I had the problem wrong and that I all had to do was defrost the water line. When I tried to pay for the service call, he said that wasn't necessary since he hadn't done anything ... we settled on the price of a couple of coffees! I recommend these guys without hesitation ... a two man operation very focused on service and reliablity.
