A complete small-bathroom renovation in a circa 1875 workers cottage. The space was gutted and every fixture moved to make the best use of a very small space. This included building a cabinet to hide a full washer-dryer unit. The goal was to create a unique and functional age-in-place bathroom. The woodwork is custom and beautifully suited to the ilk of the home. Matfin Construction was kind, trustworthy, and creative. The process was collaborative and communication was excellent. This was an expensive project and bathrooms are a disruptive undertaking. But it was worth every penny and I'm grateful for their hard work. (photo shows before and after)

This was an amazing client and every project we have completed has been so seamless. The bathroom project especially was one of our favourites! Thank you for the kind review !
