Replacement of Home Heating and Cooling system - Heat Pump
ECO Star Home Services was recommended to us by our relatives. The work contracted by this company was done professionally and within the time frame committed. The system was installed and was functioning the same evening. Next day an error message was reported by the system. We informed Eco Star and the issue was addressed by making some adjustment in the thermostats. The visiting engineer explained and demonstrated that the error was not from the installed system but rather the difference in the actual outside temperature and what was reported through the internet. System was installed a week ago and is functioning well. We are pleased with the services provided by Eco Star Home Services.
