Can't say enough good things about Keith. He's a rare type of service provider who clearly cares deeply and is extremely passionate about his industry. Keith was prompt, treated our house like his own, and got to work fixing numerous mistakes and shortcuts that had been taken over the years by prior service providers hired by previous owners in a 1970s built new-to-us house. One thing I really appreciate about Keith is his candor - when things have been done well he'll say so, and when things have not been done as well (which, sadly, seems more and more prevalent these days) he provides practical advice on how to manage it. He also prefers to show rather than tell and will show you exactly what he is describing (i.e. cabinet insulation that has been messed up by prior techs and needs to be reseated/repaired, components that clearly weren't pulled apart and cleaned based on years' worth of buildup, in contrast to the more immediately visible components that were "cleaned", etc.) His pricing is pretty reasonable for what level of expertise you get from him too. You could call a big brand hvac company to come do a cleaning, but you won't know who is coming to do it or what their level of experience is. With Keith, you get Keith, and that makes all the difference.
