Carson Dunlop inspections are on the pricey side compared to many other inspection services. However the service itself is very good. Our home inspector (Sheila) was very professional, efficient, and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services if you want a thorough and reliable home inspection.

We had a casement window with a broken seal. As a result, the window had been fogged up for more than a year. After contacting multiple window companies who were not interested in replacing the glass (only the entire window), I spoke with Rosales W&D Glass. Will and his brother-in-law visited our house to take measurements and provide an estimate. Will returned two weeks later with the new glass and installed it quickly and efficiently. The entire process was quick and painless and the cost was very reasonable (especially compared to replacing the entire window). I would recommend Rosales W&D Glass if you have any windows that need replacement glass.

We hired Lee to replace our concrete walkway and steps with stone. We also had him add stepping stones to the side of our front yard and replace our existing plantings with new ones. Overall, the work was done well and Lee was responsive to questions. If you have an idea of what you want done, TLG will do a good job for you.

I hired AIMG to repair a portion of siding on my house where an electrical conduit had been improperly sealed/threaded in the siding. In addition, I got him to add flashing at the bottom and top of the siding to prevent moisture from intruding. Yuri was very good to work with, and provided me with a quote and ongoing updates via email. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work done and it was completed within the specified time frame.

Our furnace broke down just before leaving for a two week trip. I was able to get Spring Home to come take a look at the furnace within a couple hours (on a Saturday morning) as my brother had used them for service in the past and had a good experience. When the service tech visited, we determined that I would be better off replacing the furance as our existing furnace was very old. Spring Home was very accomodative given we were going to be out of town, and they were able to coordinate with a relative of mine during the installation. Communication was prompt and clear, and the quote they provided clearly laid out what I would be paying, with no suprises. Overall, it was a great experience. I will likely be replacing my air conditioning unit in the future and will likely be choosing Spring Home again. I would certainly recommend their services.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. I had originally planned on just re-keying the existing locks in my house, which I had recently moved in to. However, Tom recommended that I replace the current locks with new, higher-quality hardware as the existing locks were subpar. The work was done very well in my mind.

From setting up the appointment with Kathy to Paul's friendly, helpful service, my experience with Capps was great. I felt that they offered good value for the cost, and were incredibly friendly and informative during their visit.
