Michael did a great job demonstrating very efficient review of my condo unit, identifying any issues that I would need to address and submitting the inspection report in a very timely manner. During the review, it was obvious that Michael has an extensive experience and expertise in his work, therefore I had high level of trust in the report he sent me.
