The heating element on my dryer was not working. Within a week, Mr Altiar R. came, diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating unit. He explained and showed me what needed to be done and why and provided advice about care for both the washer and dryer. I am very pleased with his service and the company and will use them in the future for other appliance repairs. Quote and service price was very reasonable. (I have had the heating element replaced before by another company.) Highly recommended.

All County Aluminum replaced my gutters in 2012 and recently I noticed a leak in a corner of the house. Serge came out to inspect the gutters/eavestroughs for repair and replacement. It turned out not to be a gutter problem but a roof problem and he took some pictures to show me. I absolutely recommend All County Aluminum for the company product (which continues to work well), for Serge's professionalism and knowledge. I have recommended All County Aluminum and Serge to family members.

The freezer of the fridge was not working and the heating element of the clothes dryer did not work. I made an appointment with Octopus Royal. He phoned on the day of the appointment to confirm arrival time, diagnosed the problem with the freezer, very quickly, and fixed the dryer. The service was fast and efficient. Ofer is very knowledgeable about appliances and provided advice about why the machines broke, how to maintain the machines in good working order and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

The project for the house included building a 70 ft wooden fence, with two gates, pouring a concrete walkway, parging two sides of the house The fence was poorly built: the gates do not hang correctly, fence caps are missing and one post of the fence is not set into the ground and concrete. Attempts to contact Daniel and set a time for finishing the fence were met with excuses: "the weather has been too cold", "my computer crashed", "I am moving". Although, Daniel has promised many times to make the additions and repairs that were part of the original discussion, I am still waiting. It has been 4 months now. Daniel and his company were recommended to me by a friend and we are both disappointed by his work and his lack of professionalism in keeping appointments, and promises. Another contractor will be hired to finish the work and to do the other renovations on my house. I cannot recommend Daniel or his company.

Our family home in downtown Toronto is undergoing extensive renovation and repair. Before the walkways can be rebuilt and a new fence installed, we needed to remove an old elm tree from the back yard. Not knowing any arborists, I searched the internet for arborists and tree removal experts and found The Tree Doctors. They replied to my email query and returned an estimate within 2 days. (The other company did not even answer my emails or my phone call.) The Tree Doctor team was wonderful (both the office team and the outdoor team) . The tree removal team were fast, efficient and extremely respectful of our property. They answeted all my questions and they cut down our large elm tree (over 40 years old) in under 3 hours, chipped all the branches and wood, and left little evidence that they were there. I highly recommend The Tree Doctors for their excellent service and their very professional team.
