Biggest mistake I made was buying this product. I needed a screen door on my screen room to keep bugs out. Salesman attend at my home and I explained to him how screen would be used. I was assured that everything was OK. After installed, installer told me that screen was to be retracted at all times when not in use as it would "sag" and never retract screen when it was wet. Salesman did not mention this before I bought it. My screen had to be extended at all times to keep bugs out. It was also our rear exit and would be used when wet. Bottom line: Within days, screen sagged, started to fray on bottom and would not retract properly when wet. Called company and they proposed installer look at screen to see if he could resolve issue. He attended and very emphatically stated there was nothing wrong with product or installation. After month long calls and e-mails to head office, they finally agreed to remove screen and give me a full refund. Based on experience, I would never recommend this product to anyone.
