I changed my pressure tank then pressure switch and all my piping but still was loosing pressure. Tank would never stop. I called Mr.Rooter to come and check it out. Great customer service from the first phone call to easy payment options I knew this would go great. When Shane arrived at my home on time actually a little earlier he was very friendly and courteous. He listen to my story of what I had done already and we talked it out. He told me that he did not have experience with this trickle system and he took pictures and videos to send to his office and Greg from the office called him right away and discovered through the video that I was missing a check valve in my set up. I installed a check valve and everything is working perfectly. I was so impressed in the way that the employees communicate with each other to resolve issues. Great job by all especially Shane for being awesome!!! Very happy customer here!
