Even though it was a really cold day, Roy showed up immediately. He did a thorough investigation of the situation and quickly informed me that my problem was not the drain but was a plumbing problem. Roy quickly contacted his friend Victor and in no time, my problem was fixed. I was so relieved because Roy and Victor did an excellent job.
