Greg and his team were very professional, kind, honest and communicative, and did a great job refinishing our ca. 1920s staircase in addition to refinishing and staining some French doors and trim as well. They have amazing attention to detail and communicated throughout the process to give various options for repairing and staining. Greg is also a skilled carpenter and was able to remediate some nosing that had sagged on our landing and also built a fabulous custom transition threshold to our den that was rather tricky due to an improper previous laying of our floors upstairs. Thanks to that custom piece you cannot tell that the defect in that area exists. They were also able to closely match the stain in our existing floors upstairs. We are particularly thankful to Greg and DReno as they were able to swoop in on short notice and complete a project that was started by a rather unscrupulous contractor who we had to dismiss on account of their poor workmanship and severely damaging several areas of our stairs. Greg had to disassemble, remove and reinstall the balusters in order to rehabilitate that damage as best he could and did a fantastic job of doing so. Greg and Dreno are also an absolute pleasure to deal with. At each stage of the process any feedback or requests that we had was always met with a smile and courtesy. They are also extremely clean and professional and use the highest quality tools and diligent sealing to ensure that there was no excess dust. We cannot thank Dreno enough and look forward to working with them again on future projects. Thank you Greg and team!
