Terrible experience. In a nutshell, work was carried out that was not requested, they failed to follow instructions for what was requested, work done was shoddy - their own crew that was called in as a follow up claimed it was a lazy job. Customer service incredibly hard to deal with - different reps, no handover of information, no offer for any solution other than to keep sending crews out (some of which no-showed). When part of the issue includes trees that were cut too much, new crews arent fixing anything! I would never work with ArborCare again or recommend them.
