Eco Choice had done work on a house across from my parents and they recommended Gabe and Eco Choice, and their work looked great, which is why I contacted them. Gabe from Eco Choice was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The quote I got from Eco Choice was the first and only one I got for replacing my drafty, poor quality windows. The quote from Gabe was much lower than I was expecting.
I was very impressed with the installers, they were courteous and the clean up was spotless. They showed up early (which was fantastic, normally contractors show up late), installing the 8 windows took about 8 hours.
I'm very happy with my new windows, finally I have screens that fit and can no longer hear everything through closed windows.
The only thing I'd pass along is the house smelled very chemically after the install, I'm assuming this was from the caulking, spray foam and vinyl. The smell was enough to irritate my dogs airways. I'm sure this could happen with any company and probably isn't avoidable, but it's something I never thought of so I thought I'd pass that along.
Update June 2014:
Since having the windows installed about a year ago, the caulk on the inside has cracked and the vinyl on the exterior of the windows has cracked in the corners. When I contacted the company, they were no longer very friendly or helpful and very vague when trying to get the manufacturer to come look at the issues. Will update when/if the issues are resolved.
