Furnace broke down on a Saturday while I was out of town. I got a speedy response and troubleshooting on the same day. Parts were needed and couldnt be ordered until Monday for delivery on a Tuesday. The technician returned with electric heater to help keep the house warm until the parts could be installed. Labour costs were very reasonable.
