Huseyin did a great job doing repairs from a leaking toilet. The joist underneath the toilet had been cut by a previous owner, causing the floor to sag and toilet to leak. He reinforced the subfloor and joist to prevent this from happening again, then made sure the leak was fixed. Was really happy and would definitely hire him again - he even offered to fix some other caulking in the bathroom and do other minor unrelated tasks while he was here.
