Premiere Van Lines Mississauga did a great job in moving us from Caledon to Oakiville. I got 3 bids, which included packing, before selecting the company that I was going to use. I then, however, checked their ratings online and became very concerned with my choice. I didscussed this at length with Sarah (my contact there) and through her reassurance, I carefully decided to use them for my move and am very glad that I did!! They did an excellent job! I found them professional, polite, and very hard working. Because I was downsizing, some of my furniture was going to our cottage a week before the big move (you can tell by the price that it was a big job) Everything that they said that they would do, they did. Everything that they took apart, they put back together. I would definetely use them again. Thanks to Sarah who walked me through everything and gave me confidence in choosing them and that the move would go well. Thank you to Perry and Chris who are awesome packers and movers and to Matt, Steve, Bill and Riu the movers to our cottage and new house. They moved 27,000 pounds of our belongings out of one place and into 2 others and there was not one mark or dent in any wall, floor or belongings being moved. I will definetely use them again.

We have used Greg's company for a number of things and have always been completely satisfied with his work. We found him first because we needed some downspouts replaced. He then found a leak in our sunroof that 2 other companies couldn't find. We had him put down some flashing on worn window sills and then had him replace 2 windows. Finally, we had him tear out and expand a multi level composite deck that spans the entire lenght of the back of our house. As per my father and father-in-law, both civil engineers, it was extremely well built, it surpassed code. He is our go to guy for larger projects.

I just bought a house in Oakville and wanted to find an inspector on my own that was not affiliated with a real estate agent so that there would not be a vested interest in saying everything is great in the house. After much online research, I debated between using Holmes Inspection Services (because I see Mike Holmes on tv and thought highly of him) and Vito from DSM Property Services because he had so many reviews and such a high rating on homestars. After looking at different reviews and talking with Vito, who also has a construction background, I decided to use Vito. It was a great decision! He was on time, easy to speak with, gave me all the time I wanted/needed to discuss anything and ask questions, produced an excellent online report the same day with great photos and arrows to describe what he was talking about. I found Vito to be very knowledgeable, and professional and plan to use him for a pre-inspection if or when I move from the place that I'm buying now.

Morris at Caledon Built-Ins is great! We bought our central vac there 11yrs ago and his recommendation for the size of unit required was perfect. I've had a clog issue a couple of times due to pine needles and dog hair and Morris came promptly and got everything working again. I'm VERY happy with their service. Regarding the cost, it was 11yrs ago so it was a total guess
