Jin did an amazing job in removing a large tree in a tight backyard. The tree was not healthy. He prune the branches first before using his chainsaw to cut sections of the trunk until he reached the ground. There were five people on the team and they cleaned up everything including patching divots in the lawn caused by the trunk. The job took 2.5 hours. Very responsive communication via Whatsapp and punctual on the day of the job. This was the second time I hired Jin. The first time was three weeks ago when he came to prune three large branches that were overhanging the roof.

I wanted to install a vanity countertop with a matching window ledge in my bathroom. I went to Aurora Marble & Granite in Markham and picked out a slab of Carrera Marble. They cut it into two small pieces for me using a pattern I had trace out onto cardboard. I also asked them to hone the marble. I picked up the stone a few days later and installed them myself. Their cut was exact and it was a perfect fit. It looks great. Amazing price also, as I purchased just over 9 sq ft and the price came out to $335, which works out to less than $37/ sq ft.

I hired Jerry's to apply Icynene in my attic under entire my roof deck (partial cathedral ceiling). The estimate included spraying the insulation down to the bottom of the roof at the soffit. Part of the roof is already covered by a finished ceiling. After the job was completed, the workers claimed they sprayed the entire roof. However, I was able inspect several hidden areas which showed no insulation under the roof. Even after I challenged them on not completing what was in the estimate, they insisted they did the work. Eventually, to proof their case, they drill holes into the cathedral ceiling between the rafters... and found NO insulation. So they returned and injected insulation through the access holes they made in the ceiling, but I had to repair and refinish the ceiling myself as a result of their sloppy work. Jerry's price was low but I would rather go with another contractor I can trust.

Thank you for your comments. We pride ourselves on excellent service and workmanship, this includes fixing any oversights that might have been made. Unfortunately, once drywall is put up, the only way to access the space is by drilling holes. We appreciate all feedback that we receive and thank you for taking the time to make your comments.
