If you want high quality work, the best price, THE BEST DEAL, and a long-term relationship with a contractor - Patricio is your guy. We have had both our kitchen and our bathroom renovated over the years. Both were great jobs but the final costs were from 30%-40% over the final quoted prices. These contractor's kept coming back with extra costs. Patricio did just the opposite. He actually paid for some extra unexpected costs himself! Contractors charging extra charges over the quoted price seems to be an industry standard. It allows these contract owners or marketing guys to quote you low prices to get the job and then later have the workers make-up extra charges to make a profit. These contractors were small/medium to larger sized companies. The owners, managers and sales/marketing people with these contractors are different than the workers in your house. And all these people have different objectives. In contrast, Patricio and his two close friends have been working together for years. The owner manager Patricio works on the job and he and his partners show pride in their workmanship. I still can't believe the integrity Patricio showed throughout, at every turn. I never once extra charged us (although sometimes I can appreciate that sometimes extra charges are necessary). Never once! And...they had to spend an extra week finishing my basement. That extra week probably cost Patricio's profit. He had to pay his workers for an extra week. He could have cut corners to finish our basement on time or changed extra for "unexpected costs" to make up for his loss of profit on our job but he didn't. INTEGRITY is the key word in this review. I told Patricio he can have anyone come over to see our new basement anytime and talk with us personally. I am recommending Patricio to all my friends. There's not a lot of people around with the integrity that Patricio has. It's was so refreshing. My basement looks great and I now have a contractor for life, for everything. We got lucky.
