Dwayne was an excellent technician to have come into my home. I outlined the problems and Dwayne explained to me a few solutions and allowed me to pick which solution worked best for my needs. During the entire process Dwayne kept me up to date in the progress and advised me of the work that he was doing.

Our dryer was making a horrible loud noise whenever it was turned on. As soon as I posted on HomeStars factory direct reached out and offered to be there the next day. He was polite and respectful of our space and the dryer was fixed and working as normal within the hour.
