Andy is a knowledgeable, thorough inspector. Not only is he willing to go the extra mile for his clients, crawling into attics and crawlspaces instead of just sending in a camera, his expert advice helped identify what was a true issue and what was simply an area for eventual improvement. I'd recommend him to anyone who cares abimout having an inspection done right.
