An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Both my in home estimates with Alan Coghill were excellent. He's a straight shooter like myself & we connected immediately on my questions/concerns. I really appreciated his honesty, wealth of knowledge and excellent Customer Service & Support. He was so easy to talk to and at no time did he rush or make me feel rushed. Both my installations were performed by Phil to perfection. He was so pleasant to talk with. His quiet manner & attention to detail made all the finished installations look wonderful. He took extreme care when starting up & cleaned up very well after completion. My next installation request from your company (OF COURSE) will be my top floor windows & then the whole house will be completed.
