From start to finish Murch and his team were excellent. Murch explained everything so well and he personally supervised the installation. It took about seven hours to complete. I owe a special thank you to Cirstey the Office Administrator. She helped me so much with the whole rebate process, which is somewhat intimidating. Step by step she explained what I needed to do. At one point it appeared that the CleanBC rebate would be disallowed but Cirstey went to bat for me and it finally was approved. Again, thank you Westmount Heating for doing such an excellent job.
