Very polite and professional. Door came in earlier than expected and also installed prior to what was anticipated. Installer came by himself which I thought may be too much for one person but he got the job done and was very professional as well

I had signed a contract with LOC TITE after having Dave over for a free estimate. He was a pleasent chap and courteous. I know my job is not a very big one however that being said, after signing the contract and giving a deposit, they were to start work right away, and was told they would dig up the existing patio stones one day and lay the knew ones the next. They have not shown up for two dates thus far and continue to get the run around saying the weather, equipment failure and they are busy. Aren't we all?? Though the receptionist has apparently told the owner to call me on several occassions I have yet to receive his call. I had the estimate on April 30th, and signed the contract on May 6th, 2013. I will keep you posted. Shortly after posting this review I had the bricks dropped off and within a couple of weeks the sidewalk was completed. Even though it was raining at the time, the two workers worked throughout the day and it was completed. They did a very good job and the final result was excellent. I am planning on possibly replacing my wooden deck in the near future and would consider using them again
