My electric had poor heat to the stovetop and the oven would take 45 minutes to heat to 300. Randomly, my oven shut down completely and wouldn't get any heat to it. Benny was very easy to schedule appointment with, with great availability. He was prompt and on time, arriving 5 minutes early. He promptly diagnosed electrical issues with the oven, in addition to showing me the element was broken and the temperature regulator was fried. This is conjunction with the electricity issue was what caused my problems. Benny took the time to explain the issues to me, and show me his work as he went. He also showed up with the necessary parts to complete the fix, so I'd encourage anyone to give him as much detail as possible in advance prior to scheduling. When Benny left my oven was back up and working to 400 degrees. Believe the cost to be fair as well - $452 all included for the visit, parts, and labour, whereas a new oven would have costed me ~$1150. Easy to communicate with, explained things simply, prompt arrival, completed job as request. Would recommend and hire again.
