I have removed this review because M Scott improvements threatened me with legal action. I cannot recommend this company in good faith but I do not want to deal with any more cost or debate about this review.
I bought a couch from Mobilia in 2012 when I bought my new house. Within a year it was sagging and looked very old. I called and they actually replaced it with another couch. I thought this one would be so much better but I was wrong. The little feet have basically crumbled and left screws that have permanently damaged my new hardwood floors. Also a spring just broke in one of the sections and now that part is sagging and the spring hangs through to the ground. The fabric is piling like crazy. I would NEVER buy another product from Mobilia. You can find higher quality for the same prices. Please do yourself a favour and don't shop there....
I used Anna's housecleaning in June and they were great. When I called I explained that although it was a decent sized house it was very clean and only needed 3 hrs. On the website it says 3 hr minimum. They came and I paid for 3 hrs. I was happy with the service but when I went to book it again today the owner refused my business and said she will not have someone come out unless it is for 4 hrs. I explained that the service I had last time was adequate and all I wanted again and she just said no. I can't believe that a company can one policy one day and change it 2 months later WITHOUT changing anything on their website. Isn't the customer always right? All I wanted was a 3 hr cleaning. Why would I pay more for something that is not necessary. I found the owner to be unprofessional and I highly recommend you take your business where they will appreciate it. I will never use this company again.
